As a BPO AR Team Leader, you'll oversee daily operations, manage a team of 5-7 collectors, and ensure timely collections for our B2B clients. You'll work closely with our client service team to resolve issues, implement best practices, and continuously improve our collection processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of 5-7 Accounts Receivable collectors, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Oversee daily operations, including call center activities, email follow-ups, and in-person collections.
• Monitor and report on collection metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the client service team to resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce best practices for collections, including credit policies and collection procedures.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, B2B collections, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team in a BPO or collections environment.
• Strong knowledge of collections processes, credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho.
• Certification in collections or a related field is a plus.
