MEP Purchaser - Construction Materials Procurement Specialist

As an MEP Purchaser at Oneness, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to source and negotiate the best prices for MEP materials, while also ensuring that all materials meet our strict quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, evaluate, and purchase high-quality MEP materials from a variety of suppliers
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms
• Ensure that all materials meet our strict quality standards and specifications
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that materials are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to ensure that we are always sourcing the best materials at the best prices
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, particularly in the MEP materials industry
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, specifications, and industry standards
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
