📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
