Assistant Trainer

As an Assistant Trainer, you will be responsible for assisting the lead trainer in delivering training programs, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the lead trainer in planning, organizing, and conducting training sessions and workshops
• Prepare and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop training programs accordingly
• Facilitate interactive training sessions, including group discussions, case studies, and role-playing exercises
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants to ensure they fully understand and retain the training content
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to the lead trainer and management
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, participation, and completion
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and e-learning platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and training management software such as Moodle or TalentLMS
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus
