📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales growth.,Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
