📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales team and ensuring they meet their targets.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.,Train and mentor new sales team members.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Assist in the development and maintenance of sales reports.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
