📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Retail Sales Consultant in managing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Support the Retail Sales Consultant in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail market.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for retail staff.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Retail Sales Consultant and management.,Assist in the management of inventory levels, ensuring that products are available to meet customer demand.,Support the Retail Sales Consultant in managing and resolving customer complaints and issues.,Assist in the organization and coordination of sales promotions, events, and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, sales consulting, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of sales teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Understanding of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
