📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in preparing and delivering lesson plans and materials,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to tutors,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student performance,Support tutors in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment,Collaborate with tutors to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives,Assist in the recruitment and training of new tutors,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tutor or in a related role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with educational technologies and tools,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Valid teaching certification or equivalent preferred
