📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects using tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze project specifications and technical drawings to determine material and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates are in line with project goals and budgets.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC estimation.
• Maintain and update the company's estimation database and software.
• Conduct regular reviews of past estimates to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Provide technical support to the sales team, offering insights and guidance on project feasibility and cost.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including but not limited to ASHRAE and local building codes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC estimation, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and materials.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
