📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and support staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a sales or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
