📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee daily operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or service industry.
  • Proven track record of successful branch management and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
