📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing a team of drivers and ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
  • Monitoring and optimizing route efficiency to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to decision-making processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the logistics and transportation industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
