📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our products and services.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.,Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.,Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.,Ability to analyze data and create reports.
