Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and supervise a team of cashiers, ensuring high standards of service and accuracy.
• Oversee daily transactions and cash handling, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report on team performance and sales targets.
• Participate in inventory management and stock control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of retail operations and processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management or customer service a plus.
