PT Property Tunas is looking for a dedicated Lead Distribution Officer to join our team in Deli Serdang. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our properties to potential buyers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and coordinating the distribution of properties to potential buyers.,Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of distribution activities.,Providing excellent customer service and support.,Collaborating with other departments to achieve sales targets.,Monitoring market trends and adjusting distribution strategies accordingly.,Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure property quality.,Training and mentoring junior staff in distribution activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in property distribution or related roles.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian real estate market.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
