📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, cleanliness, and staff management.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and other operating expenses.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in the restaurant.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked with food and beverage items to meet customer demand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry.,A proven track record of success in managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,A valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
