📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and increase market share.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
• Work closely with our sales team to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our sales goals.
• Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to secure new business and retain existing clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our marketing and sales efforts are effective and competitive.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to ensure that our sales team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on logistics and trucking.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
