📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain building automation systems and energy management systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and electricians to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Work with property managers and maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and system performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of building automation systems, energy management systems, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and electrical CAD software.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to mechanical and electrical work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between locations.
