📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.,Maintaining employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Handling employee benefits administration, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, training, and exit interviews.,Processing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Providing administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.,Assisting in the organization of HR events, such as team-building activities and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in HR or administrative support.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.

🛠️ Keahlian

HR Information Systems (HRIS) experience is a plus.Knowledge of payroll software is a plus.Experience with recruitment and selection tools is a plus.Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting is a plus.
