📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential UMKM clients through various channels, including online and offline marketing, referrals, and networking events.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our technology solutions.,Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that the agreed-upon terms and conditions are met.,Provide ongoing support and maintenance to existing clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or B2B sector.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and the challenges faced by UMKMs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
