PT Sentosa Oryza is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of overdue payments.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.,Oversee the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants and finance staff.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Participate in internal and external audits as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
