📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.
  • Plan and execute capital projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities.
  • Ensure the safety and security of our facilities, complying with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and facilities management staff.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of our facilities, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in engineering and facilities management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering and facilities management, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers and facilities management staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
