Develop and optimize plastic injection molding processes to improve efficiency and product quality.,Conduct process analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve production issues.,Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure mold designs meet performance and quality requirements.,Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for molding operations.,Conduct training and mentoring for junior engineers and technicians.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in plastic injection molding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related industries.,Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes, materials, and equipment.,Proficient in using molding simulation software such as Moldflow, Autodesk Moldflow Insight, or similar.,Experience with process optimization techniques and lean manufacturing principles.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
