Indra Philippines is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team in the Banking & Financial Services sector. This is a remote position based in Bali, offering a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in IT services and consulting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and deliver complex IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they are aligned with project goals and objectives.,Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources they need to succeed.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Collaborate with other program managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination across projects.,Report on project status, progress, and performance to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.,Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in the Banking & Financial Services sector, with a track record of delivering successful projects.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the Banking & Financial Services sector is a plus.
