📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
