In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to address specific learning needs.,Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to junior training officers.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and methodologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
