📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all import and export operations from booking to delivery.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.,Ensure compliance with all international shipping regulations and customs requirements.,Monitor and optimize shipping costs and schedules to ensure efficiency and profitability.,Provide regular reports and updates on shipping status and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to support business growth.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipping-related issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping operations and logistics coordination.,Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with shipping software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
