We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales professional to join our team at Max Bit Dinamis in Sumedang, Jawa Barat. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is ready to start right away. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and closing sales. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be key to your success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outgoing calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.,Qualify leads by gathering information and addressing customer inquiries.,Set up appointments with potential customers for follow-up visits or presentations.,Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.,Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.,Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
