As a Barista at Vape dan Coffee, you'll be the heart of our café, creating delicious coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and other specialty drinks using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and grinders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain our espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Ensure the café is clean and well-organized, with a focus on hygiene and safety.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
• Work collaboratively with the café team to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your barista skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proficient in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
