📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient distribution of mushroom products.
• Work closely with farmers to oversee the cultivation process and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Assist in the organization and execution of operational activities, including packaging and loading.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, inventory, and operational activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring products are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or a related field.
• Familiarity with agricultural logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for delivery purposes.
